Kevin Lynch

Kevin was born in New Jersey and worked for a large utility company servicing critical communications for enterprise customers 24/7 with their demanding needs for over 30 years. In 2005 Kevin was licensed in real estate in New Jersey and has since been licensed in Arizona.
Kevin and his wife Michele have two daughters. He is a homeowner who understands that your home is where all holidays, birthdays and memories are made. He looks forward to the challenge of finding the perfect home for his clients. Kevin enjoys the outdoors, kayaking, and swimming. Kevin is also an animal lover and enjoys volunteering with HALO Animal Rescue.
Kevin also holds the prestigious designation of Certified Expert Listing Agent (CELA). This designation indicates Kevin has mastery of all necessary skills for preparing and communicating Listings to Sellers, and he holds expertise in all facets of Listings.

Sabrina Novine
REALTOR®
Sabrina was born and raised in Racine, Wisconsin but her love for the sun brought her to Peoria, Arizona. Along with her big move came a big career move as well. Much like her love for the sun she also had a love for all things Real Estate and knew that moving to Arizona was the perfect time to switch her career from Accounting to Real Estate.
Her biggest passion in Real Estate is building relationships and helping her clients find their dream home, sell their current home, find an investment, or even a vacation home! When working with Sabrina you can be assured that she will put her client’s best interest first and will make sure that it is a fun experience!
Sabrina and her husband Kevin have four kids and enjoy spending time with family, friends and traveling to different places, especially the Caribbean. Sabrina also holds the prestigious designation of Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) Certification.
